What's the best way to reach you?

Please email us at info@potatofeet.com. Questions via Facebook messages, Instagram direct messages, etc often get lost in the shuffle. Email is our preferred method to help you. We will always do our best to get back to you promptly, but please be mindful that family time is precious on weekends and all emails will be answered as soon as possible during business days.

When will my shoes arrive?
All orders ship within 3-5 business days, though we will always try to ship sooner if possible. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the USPS tracking number when your order was shipped. 

Do you do rush orders?
At this time we do not offer rush orders.

I can’t find my tracking information? Did my package arrive?

You should receive a tracking number from info@potatofeet.com when your package is shipped. Try checking your junk mail folder as your shipping information may have landed there. If your tracking states that your package has arrived and you cannot locate it, please call your local Post Office for assistance.

What size should I order?
For shoe sizes we recommend you measure your child’s foot, add half an inch and purchase that size according to our size chart.

My child has narrower feet can they still wear Potato Feet shoes?

Our shoes offer an elastic cuff making it possible for both narrow and wide feet to fit in our shoes easily and comfortably.

Can I get custom designs for my shoes?
No, we do not offer custom orders at this time

Do you offer larger sizes or other colors?
At this time we are not offering any larger sizes or different colors. Please follow us on social media to learn about updates to our collection and see announcements on additions to the brand.

How do I clean my shoes?
We recommend you hand wash all denim and cloth shoes. However these may be washed inside out with like colors in a cold wash cycle and dried on low heat.

We recommend you surface wash all suede and leather shoes. However here are some tips and pointers for cleaning these shoes: use an Emery board and toothbrush or suede brush to loosen dirt. Wet the brush, moisten the soiled area and spray with Suede and Leather Cleaner or a gentle baby shampoo. Continue brushing the stain. Rinse the brush and then brush the area with clean water. Stuff the toe with tissue paper (to help maintain shape) and let air dry away from sunlight. After the footwear has dried, use water and stain repellent to prolong the life of your product.

Do you offer discounts or sales?
When we are able to offer discounts we do so in the form of a sale. Please follow us on social media to see any announcements on upcoming sales. 

May I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of it being placed. Please contact info@potatofeet.com to discuss cancellations.

I ordered the wrong size or color, what do I do?
Please purchase the correct size or color to avoid it being out of stock. Then email info@potatofeet.com. We'll gladly refund the first, incorrect order in full before it ships.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.


ALL SHOES BOUGHT DURING A SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

ALL PACIFIER CLIPS ARE FINAL SALE.

RETURN POLICY


We are happy to issue a full refund within 15 days of the customer receiving the shoes. We will gladly accept any shoes that are unworn and in their original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return please email info@potatofeet.com within 15 days of receiving your shoes to arrange shipping. Once your shoes have been received into our facility and inspected, a full refund will be issued less a $5 restocking fee. Your refund will be issued in the same method as payment.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please purchase the new pair that you seek from the site and email info@potatofeet.com to arrange return shipping. Once recieved, we will issue a full refund minus a $5 restocking fee for the pair you no longer wish to keep. We have such limited stock that we cannot hold the new pair without payment. This also means the new pair will be to you and on your babe's feet as soon as possible!

DAMAGED GOODS

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact info@potatofeet.com to arrange the shipment of a replacement pair.
